1 Accepting These Terms

These Terms cover every person who uses the AH77 platform, including visitors, players with registered accounts, and anyone who opens any section of ah77.courses. By using AH77, you confirm that you are acting for yourself, that all details you provide are correct, and that you are not representing someone else.

AH77 may update these Terms at any time. Whenever we make changes, the revised version will be posted on this page along with a new “Last Updated” date. If you keep using AH77 after an update, that means you accept the updated Terms. You are responsible for checking this page from time to time.

You should read these Terms together with the AH77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Both of those documents are part of your overall agreement with AH77.

2 Eligibility

To create and use an AH77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old when you register.
• You must live in a place where online gaming is allowed under the applicable laws.
• You cannot be currently employed by AH77, engaged as a contractor, or be an immediate family member of an AH77 employee or contractor.
• If your previous AH77 account was closed due to a violation of these Terms, you are not allowed to register again.
• Your registration should be for your own personal entertainment only. You may not create an account on behalf of a business or any third party.

At any point, AH77 can ask you to submit documents that verify your age, identity, or residential address. If you fail to provide acceptable proof within a reasonable period, your account may be suspended or permanently closed. Winnings earned while your eligibility remains unverified may be held until the verification process is completed.

3 Account Registration

You are only allowed to hold one account with AH77. Creating more than one account is strictly forbidden, regardless of whether you use the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method. AH77 uses automated tools to spot duplicate accounts, and any extra accounts discovered will be closed. Bonus funds tied to those duplicate accounts will also be forfeited.

During sign-up, you need to give us correct and complete details such as your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. It is your responsibility to keep these details current. AH77 will not be held responsible for any problems caused by inaccurate information you provide.

Keep your AH77 username and password private at all times. Never share your login details with anyone else. AH77 will never reach out to you and ask for your password. If you think someone has accessed your account without your permission, get in touch with AH77 support right away.

AH77 has the right to reject any registration application at its own discretion. The platform is not obligated to explain why an application was declined.

4 Deposits & Payments

AH77 accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the supported payment methods shown on the deposit page. All transactions on the platform are settled in PHP. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may require additional verification.

Deposits are usually credited to your AH77 account balance in real time. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact AH77 support and provide your transaction reference number. AH77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered under your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed. AH77 reserves the right to return the funds to the source payment method and close the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on AH77 are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid out to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with AH77 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱1,000.

Before your first withdrawal, AH77 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process designed to protect both you and the platform from fraud.

Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding wagering requirement from an active bonus. You must complete the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus before a withdrawal can be initiated. AH77 support can help you understand your current wagering status at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

New players on AH77 can claim a 100% first deposit match bonus of up to ₱10,000. This offer is only for new accounts and may be claimed once per player. To qualify, your first deposit must be at least ₱1,000.

Every bonus offered by AH77 carries a 20x playthrough requirement based on the bonus amount. For example, a ₱5,000 bonus means you need to place ₱100,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Not all games count equally toward this requirement: slots count 100%, while table games like blackjack only count 10%.

You have 30 days from the date a bonus is credited to use it. Any unused bonus balance will expire after that period. AH77 may change, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. If we detect bonus abuse, such as creating multiple accounts or using coordinated betting patterns, we will cancel the bonus and review the account. 7 Gameplay Rules

Each game on AH77 follows its own set of rules, and you can view those rules directly inside the game window. If there is any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will apply.

All eligible game titles on AH77 run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Once a round is played, the result is final and cannot be changed retroactively. If a technical fault interrupts a game session, that specific round will be treated as void, and the full stake will be credited back to the player's account.

Once a bet is confirmed on AH77, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified. AH77 is not liable for wagers placed by mistake. Players must carefully review their bet details before submitting.

8 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the AH77 platform for all users aged 21 and above. Engaging in any of them may lead to immediate suspension of your account and the forfeiture of all remaining balances.

• Placing bets through automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that removes manual input.
• Taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, or system errors to get an unfair edge.
• Working with other players to rig game results or abuse bonus terms.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fake, or third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or using AH77 for any unlawful financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus several times.
• Giving false details during registration or the verification process.
• Accessing AH77 from any location where online gaming is not allowed by law.

AH77 fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies. If we detect any suspicious illegal activity, such as money laundering or fraud, we will report it to the appropriate authorities without giving prior notice to the account holder.

9 Suspension and Closure of Accounts

AH77 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without advance notice, when it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder violated these Terms, took part in prohibited activities, or created a risk to the platform's integrity.

When your account is temporarily suspended for investigation, you cannot sign in, make deposits, request withdrawals, or place bets while the suspension is active. AH77 will work to finish the investigation within 14 days and will notify you of the result through the email address linked to your account.

You can ask to permanently close your AH77 account whenever you want by reaching out to customer support. If you choose to close your account on your own, any remaining real-money balance—excluding bonus funds that still have pending wagering requirements—will be sent back to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10 Privacy and Data

AH77's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform will never exceed the total amount that player deposited during the 12 months prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.
